The Musician (Warren)

A musician at heart and cabbie by trade, with over 20 years’ experience in the taxi trade working for some of the oldest taxi companies within the Malvern District or neighbouring Districts. Warren has brought to M&M a world of experience in the taxi trade that allow us to look at different ways to perform improving the customer satisfaction.

The Student (Catia)

Catia as a background in customer service acquired working in hospitality, a tough area similar to the taxi industry in many ways. Catia is at the moment studying at Worcester University where she enrolled on a MBA and her learning allow for new ideas to appear and be set to trial with us at M&M Cars Private Hire.

The Engineer (Peter)

Peter as worked as engineer and project management most of his life. He has travelled far and wide within the UK and knows most of the Country. This knowledge allows M&M to provide effective and stress free tour or day hire to individual customers or groups.
